It was ideal as a refresher to previously learnt first aid and CPR skills or as a first time introduction to first aid and CPR. The course instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. I left the course feeling like I would be able to help someone if the situation called for it. The online pre-course assessment was easy to navigate and exceptionally well-written.
